Payroll Admin Highlights:
· Payroll Process Management: Review and maintain payroll processes, perform validations, and identify issues to ensure accuracy.
· Data Reconciliation: Prepare and reconcile payroll data for processing within the payroll system.
· Reporting and Analysis: Run payroll reports, perform data analysis, and assist in payroll-related audits.
· Employee and Manager Support: Resolve payroll-related queries, providing excellent customer service.
· Controls and Audits: Assist with payroll controls, reporting, and auditing various payroll items to ensure compliance.
· Special Projects: Support Payroll Leaders on special projects, ad hoc requests, quarterly reviews, and year-end audits.
· Skills & Qualifications:
· Customer Service Orientation: Strong responsiveness and ability to maintain positive relationships with employees and managers.
· Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills to communicate effectively with all levels across a large organization.
· Attention to Detail: High attention to detail in reviewing schedules and documents.
· Problem Solving: Demonstrates critical thinking and conflict resolution skills.
· Organization & Time Management: Skilled at managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines, both independently and in team settings.
· Excel Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including working with large datasets, pivot tables, formulas, and Power Query.
· Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Self-motivation: Ability to work independently and demonstrate leadership in collaborative tasks.
· Education & Experience:
· Bachelor’s Degree: Required in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
· Payroll Experience: Prior experience as a payroll analyst, administrator, or related role.
· Data Management: Experienced with large datasets, relational databases, and recommending software solutions.
· Risk Assessment: Ability to assess potential risks and recommend process improvements.
Payroll Admin Hours & Wage
· $28 - $33/hour
· Monday to Friday | 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
