An Edmonton client is searching for a General Manager to join their team.

General Manager Highlights:

·         Cultivate a culture centred around exceptional client service.

·         Business Development:

·         Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and revenue streams.

·         Formulate and execute business development plans to broaden the client base and bolster profitability.

·         Lead business development initiatives and operational resources to attain annual sales objectives.

·         Utilize financial data to make informed decisions regarding budgeting, pricing, and resource allocation.

·         Monitor and regulate P&L results for the designated area of responsibility, implementing strategies to optimize profitability and minimize costs.

·         Exemplify leadership by fostering a culture of professionalism, accountability, and teamwork.

·         Drive the company's vision and values forward.

·         Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, encouraging the exchange of ideas and leveraging diverse strengths.

·         Develop and communicate clear strategies to achieve organizational goals, aligning team efforts with the company's vision.

·         Oversee regional staffing, performance management, union management, and compliance with all labor laws.

·         Manage financial resources efficiently, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

·         Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to inform decision-making, identify trends, and evaluate the company's financial health and sustainability.

·         Develop and execute operational plans to ensure efficient and effective parking management.

·         Continuously enhance operational processes for improved efficiency.

·         Demonstrate strong communication skills, fostering clear and open dialogue within the team and across the organization.

·         Cultivate open and effective communication with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.

·         Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.


General Manager Hours

·         08:00 AM to 05:00 PM – Monday to Friday
